Exactly what its page says. Every bundle publishes its full contents before you pay - there is no randomness, no odds and no mystery items. Two buyers of the same bundle get the same skins. The build-your-own bundle shows you every skin the assembler picked for your amount before you confirm anything.

• You confirm the order - the full price is shown before anything happens - and pay by card.
• Your bundle is reserved while the payment is on its way. Nothing is charged until you actually pay, and you can cancel an unpaid order at any time.
• The moment the payment is confirmed, your bundle is queued for delivery - you can watch it in your inventory.
• We send one Steam trade offer per bundle to your linked Steam account within 24 hours - every skin arrives together - or you get the full purchase price back. You just accept the offer on Steam.

By credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), processed securely by our payment partner Stripe - we never see your card number. There is no wallet and no top-ups: you pay exactly the order total, per order, and we hold no customer funds. Other payment methods may be added later.

You need one to receive your items - they are delivered by Steam trade offer to your linked Steam account, using the trade URL saved in Account settings. You can buy first and link Steam right after; the 24-hour delivery clock then starts when you link. We never see your Steam password.

Browsing is free and there are no buyer fees: you pay exactly the listed price, shown in full on a confirmation page before you place the order. Delivery is free too.

Click "Sign in through Steam" on the login page. You are redirected to steamcommunity.com, sign in there, and Steam confirms your identity to us. We never see your Steam password.

Every CS2 skin has a wear value between 0 and 1 that determines how worn it looks - lower is cleaner. The float decides the wear tier: Factory New (0-0.07), Minimal Wear (0.07-0.15), Field-Tested (0.15-0.38), Well-Worn (0.38-0.45) and Battle-Scarred (0.45-1).

Not yet. We are building a way for you to sell your skins directly to AivonStore - it will be announced on the Sell a skin page. If you have a valuable inventory you would like to sell in the meantime, e-mail support@aivonstore.com. Selling to us will require identity verification (KYC) - that is how we keep stolen and fraudulently obtained items out of the store.

Normally no - you can buy without verification. If a card payment or account activity triggers our fraud or anti-money-laundering checks, we may ask you to verify your identity before the order is released. If that happens we tell you exactly what is needed, and the payment is refunded if you would rather not proceed.

Yes, in the cases set out in our Refund Policy. Unpaid orders can be cancelled at any time free of charge - nothing has been charged. If a paid item's trade offer is not sent within 24 hours, you get the full amount back to the card or bank account you paid with. Once an item has been transferred to your Steam account, that purchase is final.

AivonStore itself. Every offer in the store is sold from our own stock by UAB Aivon acting as a trader - there are no third-party sellers. Every order is concluded directly with us, and our Refund Policy applies.

Automatically - there is nothing to request. Every bundle you pay for is queued in your inventory and we send one Steam trade offer per bundle to your linked Steam account within 24 hours of payment - or refund you in full to your original payment method. On your Purchases page: every paid order offers its invoice (PDF) for download once the payment is confirmed. The billing details it shows are the ones from your Account settings.

Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page: enter the e-mail you registered with and we send a one-time link (valid for 1 hour) to choose a new password. Accounts created through Steam have no password - just sign in through Steam again.

Contact support through any channel you still have: e-mail support@aivonstore.com from any address, or use the live chat on our contact page. Tell us your username and a few details only you would know (order references, billing details, linked SteamID) and we will verify it is really you before restoring access or updating the account. Never share your password with anyone - support will not ask for it.
