Delivery Policy

How items are delivered

Every bundle on AivonStore is sold by AivonStore. The skins you buy are digital goods delivered directly to your Steam account by trade offer - automatically, with nothing to request on your side. No shipping is involved.

1. You confirm your order and pay by credit or debit card. Nothing is charged before this step.
2. Your items are reserved for 48 hours while the payment is on its way. Orders that are not paid in time expire automatically and nothing is owed.
3. The moment the payment is confirmed, your bundle is queued for delivery - you can see it waiting in your inventory. Card payments are confirmed as soon as the payment completes.
4. We send one Steam trade offer per bundle to your linked Steam account within 24 hours of the payment confirmation - every skin in the bundle arrives together. You just accept it on Steam.
5. If we fail to send the trade offer within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund of the bundle's purchase price - see our Refund Policy.

What you need to receive items

A linked Steam account able to receive trade offers (not trade-banned or limited) and your Steam trade URL saved in Account settings. You can buy first and link Steam afterwards - in that case the 24-hour delivery window starts when you finish linking, since we cannot send a trade offer without it.

Delivery times

• Trade offer: sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation (or of linking your Steam account, if you linked it after paying); most go out much sooner.
• Steam trade holds: acceptance of a trade offer also depends on Steam's own trade-hold rules, which can add up to 15 days for accounts without the Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled. These holds are applied by Steam and are outside our control.

Delivery fees

Delivery is free. The price shown at checkout is the full amount charged.

Finality of delivery

A completed delivery is final: once a bundle is transferred to your Steam account it leaves our custody and can no longer be refunded or returned. Bundles still waiting for their trade offer remain covered by our Refund Policy.

Failed deliveries

If a paid bundle has not produced a Steam trade offer within 24 hours, contact support@aivonstore.com with your order reference. Undelivered items are refunded in full to your original payment method and returned to the store. Make sure your linked Steam account can receive trade offers - if an offer cannot be delivered because of a trade ban or privacy settings, we will contact you before refunding.
