Purchases, Withdrawals, and Fees on Our Marketplace

Money questions deserve straight answers. This post walks through exactly how paying and receiving works on AivonStore: what you pay, how you pay it, when your skins land in your Steam account, and what happens if something goes wrong.
No wallet, no top-ups
There is no balance to load and no credits to buy. AivonStore does not hold customer funds at all. You pay for each order, once, at the moment you buy it - and that is the only time money moves.
That is deliberate. A balance you have to top up before you can shop is convenient for the store and awkward for you: it locks your money in before you have decided what to spend it on. Paying per order keeps your money yours until the second you want a specific bundle.
What you are buying
AivonStore sells bundles of CS2 skins, not single listings. Fixed bundles start at 1 euro and every one of them publishes its exact contents on its page before you pay - the same skins for every buyer, no randomness, no odds, no mystery items. What you see on the bundle page is precisely what lands in your Steam inventory.
Prefer to set your own budget? The build-your-own bundle takes any whole amount from 1 to 300 euros and assembles a bundle from our stock to match it, showing you every skin before you confirm anything. By default every skin in it is different - we only include the same skin twice if you tick the box saying that is fine. And if our stock cannot quite fill your amount, you are charged only for what is actually in the bundle, never for value you do not receive.
How you pay
Two methods at checkout: credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard) or bank transfer.
Card payments are the fast path. We are finalising card checkout with our payment partner right now, so for the moment we e-mail you a secure payment link for the exact order total as soon as you place the order.
Bank transfers come with a payment reference like ORD-00042. Include that reference and your order is matched and fulfilled as soon as the money lands, usually within one business day of your transfer.
Either way you see the full amount on a confirmation page before anything is charged, and the order with its status stays in your purchase history afterwards - along with a downloadable PDF invoice once the payment is confirmed.
What buying costs
Zero buyer fees. Bundle prices are simple whole-euro amounts, and the price on the bundle page is the full amount you pay - no checkout surcharge, no hidden percentage, no service line item added at the last step. Delivery is free too.
Every bundle on AivonStore is sold by us, from our own stock. There are no third-party sellers to negotiate with, no seller fees baked into the price, and no waiting on a stranger to decide whether to send your skins.
How your bundle arrives
Straight to your Steam account, as one trade offer per bundle - every skin in it arrives together. There is nothing to request and no withdrawal button to find.
When you place an order, the bundle is reserved for you for 48 hours while your payment is on its way. Nothing is charged during that window, and if you change your mind you can cancel the order for free - or simply let it expire, which costs you nothing.
Once the payment is confirmed, your bundle is queued for delivery and you can watch it in your AivonStore inventory - first marked as waiting for its trade offer, then as sent, so you can always look back at what was inside. We send the Steam trade offer to your linked Steam account within 24 hours. You accept it on Steam and the skins are yours. If we miss that 24-hour window, you get the full purchase price refunded.
One thing that is outside our control: Steam applies its own trade holds, which can delay acceptance by up to 15 days for accounts without the Steam Mobile Authenticator enabled. Turn the authenticator on before your first purchase and that delay disappears.
What you need before you buy
A Steam account that can receive trade offers, linked to your AivonStore account, with your Steam trade URL saved in Account settings. We never see your Steam password - linking goes through Steam's own sign-in.
You can also buy first and link Steam right after. In that case the 24-hour delivery clock starts when you finish linking, because we cannot send a trade offer before then.
How your money is protected
Until the trade offer goes out, the whole bundle is still in our custody - and that is what makes refunds straightforward. You are entitled to a full refund if we do not send the trade offer within 24 hours of your payment, if the delivered bundle materially differs from its published contents - a wrong or missing skin, a wrong wear tier, a wrong StatTrak status - or if you paid for an order that had already expired.
Refunds go back to the account that paid: the same card, or the same bank account. Nowhere else. Expect them within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
The point of no return is the completed delivery. Once a bundle is in your Steam account it has left our custody, so a purchase becomes final at that moment - not a second before. Full details live in our Refund Policy.
The short version
Pick a bundle with published contents - or build your own for any amount from 1 to 300 euros - and pay per order by card or bank transfer, with no wallet and no top-ups. Pay exactly the listed whole-euro price - zero buyer fees, free delivery. The whole bundle arrives as one Steam trade offer within 24 hours of payment, or you get your money back. Everything else is in our Delivery Policy, Refund Policy, and FAQ - and support@aivonstore.com answers within one business day.
